Deepali Narula

Vice President, Patient Services

Deepali Narula serves as Vice President of Patient Services and Performance Improvement for Conifer Health Solutions. She joined the company in June 2019 bringing in more than 17 years of experience in revenue cycle management and value-based care strategy, as well as organizational design and operational transformation. As VP of Performance Improvement, Deepali works with leaders across the Conifer enterprise to create systems and processes to measure, manage and improve performance. She is also tasked with enhancing the use of data and business intelligence to provide strategic insights to Conifer’s clients in this role.

Deepali has also recently assumed leadership of Conifer’s Patient Services organization, where she is responsible for development of the company’s strategy to help hospital and health system clients address the rise of consumerism. She now has oversight for Marketing, Financial clearance and Patient Scheduling among other functions and leads one of the nation’s largest workforces of Patient Access Representatives.

Prior to joining Conifer, Deepali was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. There she spent more than eight years advising payers, providers, private equity companies and healthcare tech companies on the strategies to achieve growth and improve performance. Deepali has also held various leadership roles with R1 where she helped multiple providers streamline their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. She also ran back-end shared service operations and analytics for RCM. Before R1, Deepali was in the analytics division in consumer finance business of General Electric.
