Tom joins the Executive Leadership Team as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, and is responsible for a variety of functions including all legal matters for Conifer Health. He brings more than 30 years working in leadership roles across numerous firms in healthcare, outsourcing services and highly regulated industries. Tom’s longtime business and legal experience make him a welcome addition to the Conifer Health team.
Prior to joining Conifer Health, Tom served as Chief Administrative Officer at Millennium Health. Previous positions also include Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Expert Global Solutions, the largest private global business processing outsourcing firm until its sale in 2016 to Alorica.
During his career, Tom has also held executive positions and served on the executive leadership teams at Turnberry Advisors, Republic National Cabinet Corp., Safety-Kleen, AmeriServe Food Distribution, RailTex and Ryder.
