Michelle Castillon
Vice President, Product Line Management
Michelle Castillon is the Vice President of Product Line Management (PLM) for Conifer Health Solutions. In this role, she leads the PLM and Innovation team for Conifer’s Revenue Cycle Management. Michelle joined Conifer in 2008 and has 30 years of healthcare industry experience, including leadership roles in Accounts Receivable management; training and development; and IT and process improvement.
Prior to joining Conifer, Michelle served in various leadership capacities at Tenet Healthcare for more than 10 years. In each position, Michelle led teams to improve performance and productivity, data accuracy and revenue recovery via systems, processes and people. She also worked for Olsten Healthcare, where she played an integral role in developing and implementing a regional business service center that manages accounts receivables for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
