Frisco, Texas — March 21, 2019 — Conifer Health Solutions today announced that Jennifer Mason has been named Chief Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Mason has served as interim Chief Compliance Officer for Conifer since December 2018.

Ms. Mason joined Conifer in 2013, bringing with her 15 years of healthcare industry experience. Previous to this role, Ms. Mason held multiple leadership positions within Conifer’s Compliance organization, including Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy and Senior Compliance Officer for Client Engagement. Ms. Mason came to Conifer from Tenet Healthcare Corporation, where she served as Compliance Officer at Delray Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center in Florida.
